Support: Update tool doesn’t work
Oh no! But hopefully we can fix this. First of all, go to the Preferences and ensure the launch comportment is set to manual. After that, it’s safe enough to delete the folder and follow the downloading Breaks section. Breaks Update or Download Only do that if the tool doesn’t work!

Of course! Get in touch with us and we can get your photographs/selected images stand out in a new Preferences option. Ask it and we’ll communicate any further details.

Support: Error on download use
Permission error on first use. Please consider downloading the application in a folder where you have the administrator rights so the program works correctly. Preferably directly in C: if the error occurs another time.
